“Power Ups!” No Bake Energy Bites

Skin boosting ingredient spotlight: Dark Chocolate!  Rich in polyphenols and loaded with antioxidants - even more than green tea! High quality dark chocolate is your best friend!  My favorite brand is HU!  

Ingredients (base):

  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • ¾ cup almond butter

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips (HU)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup ground flax

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into bowl

  2. Roll into desired bite size

  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving
