“Power Ups!” No Bake Energy Bites
Skin boosting ingredient spotlight: Dark Chocolate! Rich in polyphenols and loaded with antioxidants - even more than green tea! High quality dark chocolate is your best friend! My favorite brand is HU!
Ingredients (base):
1 cup gluten free oats
¾ cup almond butter
¼ cup chocolate chips (HU)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flax
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into bowl
Roll into desired bite size
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to serving
