  • Did you know that beauty begins in the gut? Let me show you how to eat your way to healthy skin and dial down your rosacea redness.

    No chef experience is required! I take a mad scientist approach in the kitchen: a little “trial and error” and hopefully no explosions! I love playing around with simple combinations of calm the flare-down foods: skin-boosting, nutrient-dense, gut-loving foods. Recipes that feed your skin and boost your glow.

    Listen to your body: Stop ignoring and restricting your body’s cravings (even sugary ones); instead, use them to get creative with simple ingredients from real food. Drop the perfectionism and indulge mindfully.

    Your skin will notice a difference from the first week.

    Healing your relationship with food will heal your relationship with your skin.

  • Approach your skincare routine the same way you would a science experiment. Homework – but fun! Let’s track your routine and discover your tried and true products for glowing skin. I’ll teach tips and tricks from top dermatologists, and we will manage your sensitive skin together.

    My rosacea flares up when I am not looking after myself mentally or physically.

  • Calm the flare down with my tried and true stress busters:

    A beautiful mind is curious and craves new ideas. Daily meditation, movement, connection, and deep breathing can literally rewire our brain.

    Move a muscle, move a thought: movement is a medium for miracles, so try and move each day. For a clear mind, mix it up: Dance cardio - my fave! Try HIIT, yoga, walking, swimming, play and explore! (Just go easy on the HIIT because too much cortisol can backfire). So move with intention and try some light weights.

    Calm the F down - the flare, the fear, the self-sabotaging behaviours that don’t serve you anymore. Rosacea loves stress and anxiety, so let’s declutter and do less.

    If I can calm the Flare down, then so can you.
