BEAUTY BREAKFAST POWER BOWL
Ingredients:
1 serving of oats (prepare according to package)
½ cup berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
2 brazil nuts, chopped
Splash unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: Drizzle of maple syrup or pinch of stevia
Directions:
Prepare oats as instructed on packaging.
Mix chia & hemp seeds into oats
Add splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and stir
Top with chopped brazil nuts & pinch of cinnamon
