BEAUTY BREAKFAST POWER BOWL

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving of oats (prepare according to package)

  • ½ cup berries 

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 brazil nuts, chopped

  • Splash unsweetened vanilla almond milk 

  • Pinch of cinnamon 

Optional: Drizzle of maple syrup or pinch of stevia

Directions: 

  1. Prepare oats as instructed on packaging.

  2. Mix chia & hemp seeds into oats

  3. Add splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and stir

  4. Top with chopped brazil nuts & pinch of cinnamon
