Ingredients:
1 serving of quinoa (prepare according to package)
1 cup roasted veggies
1 cup mixed greens
½ tbsp EVOO
Himalayan sea salt & cracked pepper
Directions:
Prepare grains as instructed on packaging.
Add roasted veggies (see recipe)
