CHICpea Hummus

HUMMUS:

CHIC PEA HUMMUS: Mild blend of hummus - my son loves it - not too overpowering with garlic or spice - just easy and makes a great after school snack! 

Skin boosting ingredient: Chickpeas!  High in dietary fiber which helps to satiate hunger and keep your digestive system running efficiently.  Happy gut = happy skin :) 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas

  • ¼ tsp minced garlic

  • ½ tbsp tahini

  • ½ lemon, juiced

  • ¼ tsp cumin 

  • 2 tbsp evoo, 

  • 2 tbsp cold water

  • himalayan salt

    Directions: 

  1. Rinse chickpeas in strainer 

  2. Combine all ingredients and blend till smooth 

  3. Refrigerate for at least 20 min

  4. Serve with fresh cut veggies
